Hydro Components Ltd. (CHC)
currently has 30,000 square feet of
manufacturing space and a total crane capacity
of 27 tons. Our state-of-the-art CNC machine tools
include a Toshiba TUE-15 Vertical Boring and
Turning Mill, a Toshiba BTD-110 R16 Horizontal
Boring and Milling Machine, a Toshiba BMC-800
Horizontal Machining Center and a Haas Vertical
Machining Center. In 2008, CHC added a 2008
Toshiba TSS-30/55C(S) Vertical Boring and
Turning Mill and a 6M Poreba CNC Lathe to its
machine tool line-up, which will allow us to
machine all of our larger components in-house.
